In this file, you will find data of patients recruited in an observational study. The study aims to:

1. Compare the levels of CRP, LOX1, and ADMA between renal disease patients and healthy controls

2. Compare the levels of CRP, LOX1, and ADMA between ESRD+CVD, ESRD without CVD, CKD, and healthy controls

3. Find the correlation between renal functions and the levels of CRP, LOX1, and ADMA

4. Determine the optimal diagnostic value of CRP, LOX1, and ADMA to discriminate renal disease patients from healthy controls

5. Determine the optimal cut-off value of CRP, LOX1, and ADMA to discriminate ESRD+CVD from the other subgroups

This study will be used in Lecture 2, Lecture 3, and Lecture 4 of the course.
